The ACA cross country team is designed to encourage runners, build teamwork, teach the subjection of the body to the will, and train students to do hard things (and have fun while they do). Team practices are held bi-weekly after school.
P.E. (Physical Education)
P.E. is an important part of academic training. Not only is physical exercise enjoyable and valuable in its own right, but it also promotes rest, rejuvenation, and mental clarity. All K-8 students have P.E. weekly, and high school students may elect to continue the class.
