Notification of School Year Vacations

 

When families choose to take vacations while classes are in session, it is the parents' responsibility to let ACA know by filling out this form 7 days before the vacation to:

  • Notify teachers of dates students will be missing school
  • Request teachers assemble assignments/work the student will need to complete while on vacation

Assignments will be due upon return to school per Handbook policies. Tests will be taken upon return to classes unless previous arrangements have been made with the teacher.

Please complete this form at least 7 days prior to your vacation.
