Laura Britt | Kindergarten

First Year at ACA: 2026

Laura is a Texas native who has been making Colorado home since the summer of 2021. After receiving a homeschool Christian education, she saw first hand the value of integrating faith into learning from an early age. Laura went on to pursue a degree in Elementary Education from LeTourneau University in Texas. During her junior year of college, Laura married her high school sweetheart Quinn who she has known since middle school!

After graduation, Laura and her husband moved to Colorado for Quinn to pursue a graduate degree from Colorado School of Mines. Laura has worked as a substitute, third grade, and first grade teacher in Westminster Public Schools since then. Through working as a first grade teacher, she discovered her love for teaching foundational skills and watching young learners flourish and grow in confidence. As a teacher at ACA, she is looking forward to teaching students about God and nurturing their love for him.

Outside of teaching, Laura enjoys good music, cooking, drinking coffee, camping, and spending time outdoors with her son Sean and husband Quinn!
