Angelique Lopez is a Colorado native who attended Grace Bible College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from the Community College of Denver.
With more than 20 years of experience in private, public, and Christian education, Angelique has taught young children, directed music programs, led school performances, and coordinated graduations.
Angelique loves helping children discover the unique ways God has created them to learn. She enjoys using music, movement, and hands-on activities to engage a variety of learning styles. She believes the early years are an important time to shape a child’s understanding of the world and is passionate about pointing them to Christ as the foundation for all learning.
Angelique has been married to her husband for 30 years. She and her husband were college sweethearts who stayed connected as pen pals while he served in the United States Navy. Together they have three adult children, one son-in-law, and two grandsons. She enjoys singing, attending the theater, spending time outdoors, reading classic literature, including Little Women, Anne of Green Gables, and the works of Jane Austen, and spending time with her family and friends.
