First Year at ACA: 2016

During her tenure at ACA, Jenn Molen has served as 1st grade teacher, Reading Specialist, and the Grammar School Director of Curriculum and Instruction.

Jenn was raised in Wichita, Kansas, and attended Friends University, where she received her elementary education degree with an area of concentration in art. She taught for six years in the Wichita Public Schools and then became a stay-at-home mom. In 2014 Jenn and her husband, Chad, first learned about classical Christian education and their children began attending the Classical School of Wichita. As Jenn saw her children thriving in a classical Christian school she began to feel a call to be back in the classroom and joined her children there as a 1st grade teacher.

In 2016 Jenn and her family relocated to the Denver area and became part of the ACA community. Jenn finds much joy in watching children and teachers learn and grow. She is passionate about reading instruction and has received training in the Orton-Gillingham method of teaching reading, and it is her prayer that God will work through her to encourage a love of learning in both students and teachers.

Jenn and Chad were thrilled to celebrate the graduation of both of their children from ACA; Hannah as the first ACA graduate in 2021, and Chandler as a recent graduate in 2023. In her free time, Jenn loves to cross stitch, knit, and curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee or tea.
