Kaylin inoferio | second grade teacher

First Year at ACA: 2022

When Kaylin was first introduced to the classical model of education, she was inspired by the emphasis on virtues, liberal arts and eloquence of speech that is used as a foundation within the classroom. She loved the concept of a partnership between parents and educators and was amazed by what young children were capable of achieving, if only given the tools and support needed to succeed. She graduated with honors from New Mexico State University, where she studied Journalism and Marketing, with an emphasis in Public Relations.

Prior to her role as a grammar school teacher, she worked in a more corporate setting at Colorado Christian University as an Academic Advisor for adult students and earned her Real Estate License in the state of New Mexico. While she previously loved working in an educational setting, she realized her heart belonged inside the classroom with young learners and the Lord brought her to ACA. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and loved ones, trying different local restaurants, practicing guitar, reading, spending time outside, and visiting the movie theater for a night out.

In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” -Martin Luther King, Jr.
